Dear Masters of Aufguss,

On behalf of our entire staff, we would like to welcome you to Bešeňová Hotel! We are honored that you have chosen to stay with us and are delighted to have made reservations for you during the Playoffs of 2022 in Bešeňová, Slovakia. Every country will share one room, depending on the number of participants.

Here are the accommodation details for the overnight stay:

• Reception: Vodný park Bešeňová, Bešeňová 136, 034 83 Bešeňová
• Arrival (check-in): Thursday, 01/09/ 2022 at 14:00.
• Departure (check out): Sunday, 04/09/2022 until 10:00 a.m.
• Breakfast: Friday, Saturday & Sunday starts at 7:00 a.m. (till 9:30)

Courteous reminder:

• Special provisions to the master of Aufguss with food and non-alcoholic beverages are included -all other payments are made separately.
• Onsite training in the sauna will be unavailable on these days.
• Submit the completed handout for the jury at check-in.
• A bathrobe should be worn in the Sauna area at all times.

ADDITIONS & SAFETY

Additions inside the sauna should be declared in advance to the host, in which changes to the nature of the sauna are permitted. Fire and other effects can be used if they do not cause risk in the sauna or to our sauna guests - a registration in advance is necessary! Wearing shoes inside the sauna is necessary because of the heated floor. Please bear in mind that oils, water, and ice amounts are subject to the competition and not specified by the host.

DEADLINE LIGHTSCRIPT & MUSIC

Please upload your music to a USB stick along with your light script - ideally programmed in QuickDMX. Send your light script No later than three weeks before the playoffs begin. Incomplete data or missing light scripts and music results in a deduction of points in "professionalism" before the competition. You can send it via email to: jean-colin.dora@besenova.com

Please bring your own equipment and garments (i.e., towels), as we will provide buckets and spoons.

Everybody is welcome to Bešeňová and all participants can bring a colleague or friend. We are able to provide sponsorship to the participant only. Therefore, the participant must purchase entrance tickets for their guest.

EQUIPMENT / LIGHT / MUSIC

The MoA has to prepare and organize his equipment in his own responsibility. Buckets, dippers, water and ice will be provided by the host. In addition, decoration, costumes, time and volume of music, light and special effects can be selected individually. * Any kind of music the MoA wants to use in his Show Aufguss has to be available on MP3-file on an USB-Stick. The music will be tested on a time specified by the organizer. The organizer must provide the MoA with cleaning agents.

Preparing before the Aufguss (installation and reduction of decoration, etc.) should not take more than 15 minutes with the help of a maximum of 2 assistants. Cleaning after the Aufguss should not take more then 10 minutes and can be done with a maximum amount of assistants.
