Plunge into a cold pool!
We’re bringing back the popular Icemen of Bešeňová🐻❄️project. Starting with the special Epiphany cold water swimming🧊on 3rd January 2026, and continuing every Saturday from 24th January 2026. Cold therapy has a lot of positive effects on the body and mind, strengthens the immune system and mental health. Our cold water therapy will take place in the B10 swimming pool filled with cold water of 6 – 8°C every Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am and will be supervised by a certified lifeguard. Take your swimwear, a warm cap and a dose of self-discipline to boost your immunity and inner strength.

Enjoy a holiday in our park and have the cold water therapy included in the price along with water parks🆓, ski passes and cable car tickets.
*Every client has 20 minutes to change in the changing rooms next to the main entrance. After the time limit is exceeded, they are obliged to pay a surcharge in the amount of a 1-day Aqua Ticket at the water park cash desks when leaving.
*Every person enters the cold pool at their own risk.
*Underage clients can join the cold therapy only together with an adult or their parent.
**Hotel guests interested in "Icemen of Bešeňová" will be picked up at 8:55 a.m. by the reception of the hotel. More info at receptions.
